Incident Summary:

08/28/2012: An explosive device detonated, followed by a suicide bomber, near a group of Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers in Mano Gai district, Kunar province, Afghanistan. The assailant detonated after the soldiers gathered at the location of the roadside blast. At least five soldiers were killed and another was injured in the attacks. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
