Incident Summary:

09/20/2012: Assailants attacked a patrolling party of Turkish soldiers in Karakutuk area, Haskoy district, Mus province, Turkey. Mehmet Capal, an outpost commander, was killed in the attack, and two soldiers were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the incident, but sources attributed it to the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK).
