09/24/2012: An explosive device attached to a bicycle detonated in Sibsagar Central market, Assam state, India. One person died and at least seven were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials suspected Paresh Barua, a subgroup of the United Liberation Front of Assam (ULFA).

Criteria 1
