Incident Summary:

10/05/2012: A suicide bomber was arrested in the house of General Abdul Razaq in Kandahar city, Kandahar province, Afghanistan. Razaq, the provincial security chief, was unharmed, as the assailant was arrested before being able to detonate an explosive device. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials attributed it to the Taliban.
