Incident Summary:

10/05/2012: Assailants kidnapped an Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) council member in KwaMashu township, KwaZulu-Natal province, South Africa. The victim, Themba Xulu, was found dead on October 7, 2012 in Inanda township. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed it to the National Freedom Party (NFP).
