10/06/2012: An explosives-laden vehicle was discovered near the al-Anad airbase in Lahij governorate, Yemen. The device was defused before it could detonate. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials attributed it to Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).
