10/19/2012: An explosive device detonated near a civilian minibus in Dawlat Abad district, Balkh province, Afghanistan. Nineteen civilians were killed and 16 wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, United Nations (UN) representatives suspected the Taliban.
