Incident Summary:

11/17/2012: Members of the New People's Army (NPA) attacked a military patrol in Echague district, Isabela province, Philippines. Seven soldiers were killed and eight more injured in the ensuing firefight; in addition, five members of the NPA were killed and another eight were injured.
