Incident Summary:

12/04/2012: An explosive device was discovered and defused outside the house of Maulana Amanullah in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. Amanullah is the chief of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (Fazlur Rehman). According to pamphlets found at the scene of the attempted attack, Jundallah, under the command of Ahmad Marwat, claimed responsibility for the incident. In addition, four people were arrested in connection with the attempted attack.
