12/17/2012: A suicide bomber detonated an explosive-laden vehicle at the compound of Contrack International, a United States (US) military contractor, in Kabul city, Kabul province, Afghanistan. In addition to the bomber, at least 11 people were killed and another 15, including an unspecified number of US citizens, were injured in the blast. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
