Incident Summary:

12/19/2012: Assailants opened fire on polio vaccination workers in Charsadda town, Charsadda district, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. A polio vaccination supervisor and her driver were killed in the attack. This was one of five attacks against polio vaccination workers in the province on the same day. No group claimed responsibility for the incidents.
