Incident Summary:

01/10/2013: Four assailants stormed a Brahmaputra Infrastructure Limited mining camp in Ledo area, Assam, India. The attackers kidnapped four coal miners from the camp, releasing them unharmed the next day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspect that National Socialist Council of Nagaland-Khaplang (NSCN-K) was involved.
