Incident Summary:
01/16/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosive-laden vehicle at Al-Mutlaq Square of Idlib city, Idlib governorate, Syria. This was one of two coordinated suicide car bombings in the city on January 16, 2013. In addition to the two suicide bombers, another 22 people were killed in the two attacks and at least 30 were injured. No group claimed responsibility for the coordinated incidents.
