01/16/2013: Assailants opened fire on Brigadier Abdullah Abdelwahab al-Mushki in Dhamar city, Dhamar governorate, Yemen. Al-Mushki, the deputy police chief, was killed in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources suspect that Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) was involved.
