Incident Summary:

01/16/2013: An explosives-laden vehicle detonated near the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) office in Tuz-Khurmato, Saladin governorate, Iraq. At least five people were killed in the blast and another 40 people were injured. This was one of 14 coordinated attacks across the country on the same day. Al-Qaida in Iraq claimed responsibility for the incidents.
