01/17/2013: A roadside bomb detonated in Diyala province, Iraq. This was one of 14 coordinated attacks across the Iraq and one of three similar attacks in the province on the same day. Three people were killed and two more were injured across all three Diyala province bombings. Al-Qaida in Iraq claimed responsibility for the incidents.
