Incident Summary:

01/25/2013: Four assailants entered the home of an off-duty Citizens Armed Force Geographical Unit (CAFGU) employee and kidnapped him in Awao village, Agusan del Sur province, Philippines. The perpetrators took him to a forest and shot and killed him. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, a news source says the New People's Army (NPA) is suspected.
