Incident Summary:

01/27/2013: Assailants attacked the offices of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in an unknown location in the northeastern part of the Central African Republic. ICRC stated that the offices were attacked the night before they were due to transfer soldiers to the capital. The soldiers had recently been released by members of Seleka rebel coalition. There was no claim of responsibility for this attack.
