Incident Summary:

02/01/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden motorcycle outside of Shia and Sunni mosques in Hangu town, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. Approximately 25 people were killed in the blast and 55 other people were injured. Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) claimed responsibility for the incident, stating that the target was the Shia mosque and the bombing was due to ideological differences.
