Incident Summary:

02/01/2013: Assailants attacked a Dole Philippines company truck in San Agustin city, Surigao del Sur province, Philippines. After shooting at the vehicle, the perpetrators set it on fire. No casualties were reported. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, officials believed that the New People's Army (NPA) carried out the attack in response to a failure to pay a revolutionary tax.
