02/02/2013: A roadside bomb detonated near the vehicle of the district governor in Dagah area, Nangarhar province, Afghanistan. Sayed Rahman, the Khoghyani district governor, was not injured in the blast; however, one of his guards was killed and two more people were injured. The Taliban claimed responsibility for the incident.
