Incident Summary:

02/06/2013: A suicide car bomb detonated near the intelligence building on a military complex in Palmyra city, Homs governorate, Syria. A shootout directly followed the explosion, injuring eight civilians. This was one of two coordinated suicide bombings in which at least 14 people died and another 21 people were injured. Al-Nusrah Front claimed responsibility for the attacks on the military compound.
