Incident Summary:

02/11/2013: A landmine was found and recovered on Cotabato-Davao highway in New Israel village, North Cotabato province, Philippines. The mine was targeting Filipino Army soldiers and commuters on the highway. No group claimed responsibility; however, the army suspected the New People's Army (NPA) because there had been a clash in the area just a few hours earlier.
