02/11/2013: One person, Tenbirth Tangma, was captured and arrested when trying to throw a 300 gram bomb in Rongkhon market, West Garo Hills district, Meghalaya, India. No injuries or casualties were reported. No group claimed responsibility for the attempted attack; however, police said the individual was a member of the Garo National Liberation Army (GNLA).
