Incident Summary:

02/21/2013: Assailants opened fire on a military post in Puncak Jaya district, Papua province, Indonesia. One soldier was killed and another was injured in the attack. This was one of two attacks on military targets in Puncak Jaya district on this day. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, authorities suspect the involvement of members from the Free Papua Movement (OPM).
