Incident Summary:

02/26/2013: An explosive device was disovered and safely defused in Banke district in Bankatuwa, Mid-western Developmental Region, Nepal. This was one of four related attacks in the Terai area on this day. The Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist (Baidya) claimed responsibility for the incident via pamphlets left at the scene. The pamphlets stated that a new group was formed to continue a long-term people's war.
