Incident Summary:

02/28/2013: A car bomb detonated outside a restaurant in Baghdad city, Baghdad governorate, Iraq. At least ten civilians were killed and 30 were wounded in the attack. This was one of two coordinated attacks. There was no claim of responsibility; however, sources indicate that the attacks bear the hallmarks of Al-Qa'ida in Iraq (AQI).
