Incident Summary:

02/28/2013: An explosive device detonated in Deraki, Kunar, Afghanistan. The blast struck a Border Police Force vehicle, injuring four officers. This was one of two similar blast targeting the same group of police officers on the same day. There was no claim of responsibility for either of the attacks; however, police officials attributed them to the Taliban.
