Incident Summary:

03/02/2013: Perpetrators shot two members of the Indian Reserve Police (IRP) at a bus stop in Handwara town, Jammu and Kashmir state, India. Both victims died in the shooting. Jamiat ul-Mujahedin (JuM) claimed responsibility for the attack, stating that the organization was taking revenge for police harassment of the area's youth.
