Incident Summary:

03/04/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near the headquarters of the pro-government Popular Committees in Lawdar city, Abyan, Yemen. Approximately 13 members of the Popular Committees died in the attack and at least 15 more people suffered injuries. Authorities suspected that Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) was responsible for the incident.
