03/04/2013: A suicide bomber drove an explosives-laden vehicle into pro-government militia headquarters in Lawdar city, Abyan governorate, Yemen. Thirteen people died and at least 16 other people were injured in the explosion. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, the attack was attributed to Al-Qaida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP).
