Incident Summary:

03/05/2013: Two explosive devices were discovered and safely defused near the Naval base in Tumaco city, Narino department, Colombia. This was one of two attacks in the area on this day and the devices were meant to target any security personnel who may have attempted to thwart the previous attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to The Daniel Aldana Mobile Column of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
