03/12/2013: Gunmen on motorcycles shot and killed the Quetta District Election Commissioner, Ziaullah Qasmi, in an auto-rickshaw on Saryab Road in Chandni Chowk, Quetta, Balochistan province, Pakistan. One other person was also injured in the attack. The Balochistan Liberation Army claimed responsibility for the incident.
