03/16/2013: Gunmen opened fire on two women near Hashtnagri in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan. One of the women was killed and the other was seriously wounded. An unknown group claimed responsibility for the incident and a letter left on the bodies of the two female victims accused them of prostitution and threatened violence against others engaged in "immoral activities."
