Incident Summary:

03/20/2013: Assailants detonated explosive devices at a Claro Peru telephone tower in Marcavalle, Huancavelica, Peru. There were no reported casualties in the blasts. This was one of three attacks targeting telephone towers in Tayacaja on the same day. No group claimed responsibility; however sources attributed the incidents to the Shining Path (SL).
