Incident Summary:

03/21/2013: A suicide bomber attempted to attack the National Security Agency office in Bakaaraha Market in Mogadishu city, Banaadir region, Somalia. The bomber was shot and killed by government soldiers before he was able to detonate. One police unit commander was injured in the attack. No group has claimed responsibility for the event; however, officials attribute the incident to Al-Shabaab.
