04/05/2013: Gunmen opened fire on soldiers in a counter-terrorism brigade in Convencion district, Cusco region, Peru. One soldier was killed and one was injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the attack; however sources attributed the attack to the Shining Path (SL).
