Incident Summary:

04/12/2013: Three bombs detonated near a car used by the Indian High Commission in Khulna city, Khulna division, Bangladesh. Members of the Indian envoy were not in the car at the time of the explosion; however, the driver and two other people were injured. No group has claimed responsibility; however, police suspect Jamaat-E-Islami (Bangladesh) may have been involved.
