Incident Summary:

04/12/2013: Assailants set a dump truck belonging to A.V. Laynes Construction on fire along a road between Caramoran town and Panganiban town, near San Miguel town, Catanduanes province, Philippines. No one claimed responsibility for the attack; however, the provincial spokesperson attributed the attack to the New People's Army (NPA), saying they torched the truck because the company did not pay a "revolutionary tax."
