Incident Summary:

04/15/2013: Gunmen shot and killed four civilians after dragging them from their vehicle in Nanai Baba area of Ghazni Province, Afghanistan. The victims included three engineers of a local construction company. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, a spokesperson for the Ghazni governor's office attributed the attack to the Taliban.
