04/17/2013: An explosive device detonated at the Kano Central Mosque in the Gwale area of Kano city, Kano state, Nigeria. No one was injured in the blast; however, one assailant was killed by an angry mob and one was arrested. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources suspect that Boko Haram was behind the attack.
