Incident Summary:

04/26/2013: Assailants abducted two members of the Civilian Armed Force Geographical Unit (CAFGU) in Sitio Mabog, Suriago del Sur province, Philippines. The men, Ronald Isaga and Noel Martinez, were released on May 23, 2013 after negotiations between the government and the New People's Army (NPA). In exchange for their release, the government suspended military operations in Rosario, Agusan del Sur and Bislig, Surigao del Sur for five days.
