05/08/2013: A suicide bomber detonated an explosives-laden vehicle near a security checkpoint in the Tawuq area, Kirkuk, Iraq. In addition to the bomber, at least one security officer was killed and five more were wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
