Incident Summary:

05/09/2013: Approximately 20 assailants attacked soldiers and members of the Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit (CAFGUS) guarding an electoral station in Ragay town, Camarines Sur province, Philippines. One militia member was killed and two soldiers were injured in the attack. Sources attributed the incident to the New People's Army (NPA).
