Incident Summary:

05/15/2013: An explosive device detonated outside of the provincial governor's compound in Jalalabad city, Nangarhar province, Afghanistan. One police officer was killed while five police officers and three civilians were wounded in the blast. This was one of two bombings outside the compound on the same day; this explosion was designed to target police officers responding to an earlier attack. No group claimed responsibility for the coordinated incidents.
