Incident Summary:

05/22/2013: Assailants opened fire on a police car in Maicao city, La Guajira department, Colombia. Two police officers were killed in the attack. Additionally, a car carrying migration office employees was caught in the crossfire, killing two of them and injuring a third. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
