05/30/2013: A grenade exploded on soldiers in Puerto Concordia area, Meta department, Colombia. As a result of the blast, three soldiers were killed and two more people were wounded. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).
