Incident Summary:

06/09/2013: Assailants opened fire on a member of the Sahwa Council in Karma, Al Anbar, Iraq. The Sahwa member was killed and two other people were injured in the attack. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) was suspected of involvement in the attack.
