Incident Summary:

06/17/2013: A suicide bomber in a police uniform detonated his explosives near police officers waiting to enter an election center in Fallujah, Al Anbar, Iraq. Three people were killed and 21 people were wounded in the blast. No group claimed responsibility for the attack; however, police attributed the attack to Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
