06/17/2013: Assailants opened fire at Ansaruden Private Primary School in Jajeri ward, Maiduguri city, Borno state, Nigeria. Nine students were killed and an unknown number were injured. A Boko Haram spokesperson claimed responsibility for the attack, saying the students were targeted for assisting the army.
